Description
Christos Michaelides was born in London, UK in 1983. He studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Athens, Greece and at the Slade School of Fine Arts in London, UK under an ERASMUS scholarship and continued post graduate studies at the Royal College of Art in London.
He presented his work in numerous solo exhibitions in Nicosia, Athens and London and he participated in many group exhibitions. His works are in numerous private and public collections, including the Frissiras Museum in Athens and the State Collection of Contemporary Art in Nicosia. In 2017 he was awarded a commendation at the 3rd Frissiras Award of European Painting.
