Juliano Kaglis was born in Athens in 1974. He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts with proffesors T. Patraskidis, Martinos Gavathas and engraving with G. Milios (1996-2002). In 2003 he gained the Fine Arts Scholarship from the Greek State Foundation.
In 2013, he was honoured with the Distinguished Greek Painter Award for artists up to 40 years old, offered by the Academy of Athens. He has presented his work in eleven solo exhibitions (ekfrasi gianna grammatopoulou, Athens- Alpha CK art gallery, Nicosia – Epsilon art gallery, Thessaloniki) and has taken part in various group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. His works can be found in public and private collections.
